Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If something doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return full-priced items. The item needs to be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel has to be unworn. Basically, if it looks like you took it for a test drive, we can't take it back.
Sale items are final sale. If it's marked down, it's yours. That includes items from sale collections and anything purchased during a promotional event. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions on those. Full-price items are eligible, though.
For mailed returns, a $4.95 restocking fee gets deducted from your refund. Returns made in a physical store, exchanges, and returns taken as store credit don't have that fee. So if you're near a store, bringing it in person saves you the fee and gets you sorted faster. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing takes a little time on our end once the item arrives and gets inspected.
If you bought something and it goes on sale within seven days, we'll do a one-time price adjustment. The difference gets refunded to your original payment method. That's a courtesy we offer once per item — not a recurring thing.
To start a return, get in touch through the contact page on the site. We'll walk you through the steps. Don't just ship something back without reaching out first; that tends to slow things down. Once we receive the return and confirm it meets the condition requirements, the refund gets processed. Exchanges work the same way — contact us, we'll help sort out the swap.
