How Your Order Gets to You
Orders ship from our facility within a few business days. Once it's out the door, you'll get a tracking number by email. Ground shipping within the US runs $6, and it's free on orders over $50. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days once the order ships. That's the standard timeline — carrier delays can push it longer, but that's the general window.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need something faster. The exact timing and cost show up when you select the method. International shipping is also available. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, generally running 8 to 11 business days once shipped. Customs processing can add time, and customs duties or fees are the recipient's responsibility — we don't control those and can't estimate them.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If the address is wrong, the package might bounce back, and reshipping could involve extra costs. Double-check your address before placing the order. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us through the site right away. Address changes are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.
Holiday seasons and big sale events can slow things down. Carriers get slammed, and delivery windows stretch. We'll do our part to get orders out quickly, but once it's with the carrier, the timeline is in their hands. Tracking info will give you the most up-to-date status.
