The Ground Rules
By using this site and placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. That's the deal. If any part of these terms doesn't sit right with you, the site isn't the place for your order. We keep things as straightforward as possible, but we do need some ground rules.
Pricing and product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but mistakes happen. If a price is listed wrong or a product description is off, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you. We also reserve the right to limit quantities on any item. If something's out of stock, we'll let you know.
Orders can't be modified once they're placed — no adding items, no removing items. Address changes and full cancellations are time-sensitive and only possible shortly after the order goes through. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately through the site. We'll try, but it's not guaranteed.
Product images are for reference. Colors and prints can look slightly different depending on your screen. Limited-edition items and collabs have their own availability windows and may sell out fast. Restocks aren't guaranteed, though we do try to keep core items available.
You're responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct. If a package gets returned because of an incorrect address, we'll work with you on reshipping, but additional shipping costs may apply. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties — those are the recipient's responsibility. We don't control them and can't estimate them.
We're not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other things outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, reach out through the contact page and we'll help figure out next steps.
